The College of Medicine aims at fostering competent clinical doctors and medical scholars who are committed to human health and welfare by maintaining an attitude of creative researcher who can learn basic medical knowledge and technology based on dignity for human, acquire new medical knowledge and face challenges on their own.

Students shall develop their sense of duty and ethics as medical professionals and develop matured humanity so they understand the pain and anguish of patients and their families.

Students shall learn practical and hands-on knowledge and technology through the inclusive education and problem-based learning. Based on this, they accurately identify new challenges and their nature and cultivate power of thinking and judgment in the course of tackling with the challenges.

Students shall acquire rapidly-evolving medical knowledge and clinical reports and at the same time, maintain an attitude of creative researcher who makes it a rule to practice self introspection.

Students shall nurture resources and capabilities to serve in the areas of public health, medicine and welfare based on the deep understanding on medical issues of the community and mankind.
