AMC Pediatric Emergency Center provides primary specialized emergency medical care in the event of emergencies including diseases, injuries, and addiction in children below 15 years old.
There are not enough medical institutions capable of offering adequate emergency treatment to children who are exposed to various emergencies such as diseases and injuries all the time. Therefore, AMC established the Pediatric Emergency Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, where specialists provide professional emergency treatment to children around the clock in a fast and proper way.
Accordingly, as a next-generation model of pediatric emergency center designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and equipped with medical facilities tailored for children, AMC Pediatric Emergency Center operates separately from the Adult Emergency Center to minimize child exposure to infections and receive accurate and prompt treatment from experienced medical professionals.
