Room and Ward information

Each room includes a patient bed and companion cot. Assignment depends on availability and medical needs. Room size, furnishings, and cost may vary.

We operates religious service rooms for religious activities. (Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Muslim)

  1. Step 01

    Admission Reservation
    Reserve to be admitted at 'Billing' after consultation with doctor

  2. Step 02

    Pre-Op Evaluation
    Blood Tests, X-ray, EKG
    Anesthesiologist Consultation

  3. Step 03

    Registration
    Register at 'Billing' on admission day
    Be assigned a ward and patient bedroom

  4. Step 04

    Before Admission
    Basic Physical Assessment (Body Weight/Height, Blood Pressure, Temperature)
    Fill out nursing assessment form
    Receive Hospital Guide

  5. Step 05

    Admission
    Assist patient to wards
    Receive treatment

  6. Step 06

    Discharge
    Medication Reconciliation
    Arrange schedule (Testing, Outpatient Visit)
    Receive information about future testing
    Pay total medical charge at 'Billing'

  7. Step 07

    Medical Records
    Receive assistance in making copies of medical records
