Improving communications for customer services
Next-generation groupware services such as AsanNet and AsanTalk were launched on March 3. When AMIS (Asan Medical Information Sys-tem) 3.0 is completely developed, it will be linked to the groupwares, contributing to a fast response to change the medical environment to better provide customer and user-centered services and improve customer services.
AsanNet can be accessed via a new Internet address (http://asannet.amc.kr) and by signing in with your existing ID and passwords. Mobile AsanNet and PC-Mobile AsanTalk are available for download via apps from the App Store (http://app.amc.seoul.kr).
The most noticeable change in the next-generation AsanNet is improved utilization, as user-centric functions are added. Besides, faster communications and close collaborations are allowed owing to following improvements: The search scope is expanded; The email size limit for file attachments is increased; A feature for scheduled mail sending is added; My Space is created to show the menus frequently used by each individual; and Features such as meeting management, collaboration management, and community operation are added.
AsanTalk has integrated not only existing messenger tools, including AMIS message and smart messenger, but also both mobile and PC versions. It also has the merit of exchanging sensitive data relating to treatment and research in a safer manner, as its own security network is used. General messenger features such as a group chatting, file attachment, read receipts, and dialogue storage are included. An organizational chart is utilized like on friend lists on commercial messengers, making it possible to have business communications more easily and smoothly.
The Medical Information Sophistication Project Team will receive questions and opinions through a help desk for AsanNet and AsanTalk.
